The SMART on FHIR app, Immunix ED, integrates with EMRs like EPIC and Cerner via FHIR interfaces for seamless data exchange. It incorporates the Sepsis ImmunoScore™ to classify sepsis risk by fetching and interpreting patient data from EMRs using FHIR protocols. This app provides real-time risk assessments and decision support for both EMR and non-EMR users. The user interface is designed to be intuitive and accessible, facilitating use by physicians regardless of their EMR adoption.
