Project planning is a critical factor in overall project success. This section elaborates the different activities of project planning process at Technosoft Solutions that include resource planning, risk management planning, configuration management Planning, verification, and validation planning, internal quality audits planning, measurement planning, communication planning as well as detailed scheduling of all planned activities.
A project plan is used to document the planning activities but there are some activities which require more detailed planning, so separate plans are prepared for them. However, all these separate plans are considered as sub-plans of an overall project plan and referred in the project plan as well. Although the planning of some activities serves as inputs for other activities, preparation of sub-plans may run parallel to each other and to the Project Plan as well.
