Purpose: Personal Health Record System

Technosoft developed a PHR, Personal Health Record, system for Emergency Hospitals arm of the Baptist Health of South Florida. The PHR allows small emergency hospitals across south Florida to ID patients using a Patient Health Record Card.

The Data in PHR is saved in a secure fashion and is conveniently available for Emergency response personnel. This is a .Net/PHP based solution with QR code reader in encryption and other frameworks.
